Feeds 2-4 people
A minimum of 8 items with larger quantities including;
A balance of staples (potatoes plus carrots and onions most weeks)
Leafy Greens such as kale, chard, spinach and cabbage.
Fresh Salad; In summer this is likely to be whole cut heads of lettuce and in the colder months we provide our signature mixed salad bags.
Selection of seasonal veg items; Early season crops are spring onions, radish, kohlrabi, turnips and beetroot.
In summer think delicious tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, aubergines, peas and beans. Winter will include leeks, squash, swede, beetroot, celeriac, cauliflower and calabrese.
Herbs and garlic.
