EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW.......

HOW WILL YOU CONTACT ME REGARDING MY ORDER?

Please fill out the required details on the 'Veg Boxes' ordering page.  Once we have received this we will respond to you within 24 hours via email. Please check your junk folder.  The email will outline details of delivery, payment, holidays and cancellation.

WHAT DAYS AND WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver on Wednesdays to the Portsmouth area.  Once we receive your postcode and slot you into our delivery route we can offer a more precise drop off time.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WILL BE IN MY BOX?

If you haven't already looked check our 'Veg Box' page for box details.

We feel that part of the excitement of receiving a local, seasonal veg box is not knowing exactly what is round the corner. You can rely on staples such as potatoes, carrots and onions being present most weeks and the rest of the goodies will be dependent on the time of year.  We like to think we are freeing you from the burden of choice.  We'll let nature do that for you!

WHAT IF I AM UNFAMILIAR WITH SOME OF THE VEG?

When it comes to the slightly more 'out there' veg we will try to provide you with some inspiration and recipes to help you on your journey of discovery.  You'll soon be friends!

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Once you tell us when you want to receive your locally grown veg we will ask you to pay upfront for your first delivery.  So that we can support our small scale production.  You can also see this as a trial period as to whether the box size is right for you.  We then ask for payment every week or fortnight via bank transfer.

CAN I TAKE A HOLIDAY OR PAUSE FOR A WEEK?

Yes of course!  We just ask that you let us know by Thursday the week/s before you intend to take a break so we can adjust our harvest accordingly.

HOW DO I LEAVE THE SCHEME?

Just email to let us know if you are leaving.  We will of course be sorry to see you go.  To reduce admin we ask you to stop at the end of a period that you have already paid for.
